Registration opens at 8:00 AM on the day of the show. Volunteers will be stationed around the arena to direct traffic. Please contact us if you need special accommodations: eroc.11012@gmail.com

In order to get everyone in and parked quickly, there will be no reserved parking and cars will be parked in the order in which they arrive. If you want to park next to someone, you must arrive together to park together. You cannot block space next to you whilst waiting for your buddy to arrive. Spaces will not be saved by the coordinators.

Indoor spaces at the event venue are reserved for our VIP guests and event sponsors. If you arrive early and we still have spaces available, you will have the option to upgrade to a VIP ticket on the day of the event. VIP tickets are limited and not guaranteed on the day of the event.

Judges will receive information given during registration. If you decide to bring a different car, please contact us by email to give us the updated info, otherwise your car may not be judged. Email: eroc.11012@gmail.com

Award winners must be present to receive their trophy or have a designated representative to collect it at the time of distribution or by 3:00pm at the Optimist Club Booth.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds given, however you may transfer your registration to a friend, and they can pay you for your spot. Please contact us with the changes to the registration so their information is accurate for the judges: eroc.11012@gmail.com
